Standard Support
With several different options of support contract, we are certain that we can tailor a solution to meet the needs of your business and customers.
SUPPORT & INSTALLATION SERVICES
Standard Support contracts cover all parts and engineering time on site including travel time if required.
Covered Hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, with all calls being responded to within 8 hours
Priority Support Contracts cover all parts and labour costs including travel to and from your site if required.
Covered Hours are Monday to Friday 8am until 7pm & also Saturdays from 9am until 1pm, with all calls being responded to within 4 hours
As well as supplying bespoke Installation and training along with equipment purchased directly through us, we are also happy to install or reconfigure your own equipment for you based on a simply hourly, Half day, or daily rate, give us a call and see if we can help.
We are currently accredited to install Avaya, Panasonic, Mitel, Inter-Tel, Samsung, Oak, Verint, IP Cortex, sWyx, Shoretel, Dell, Microsoft, Apple, Draytek & Cisco equipment
Priority Plus Support covers all parts and labour on the same basis as our normal Priority support contract. In addition a PIN code will be made available for 24/7 cover for you to use if you should have a major issue on site requiring immediate out of hours support (Out of contract hours will be charged for at our normal rates) meaning you don't need to pay for full 24/7 cover if you don't feel you will use it.
24/7 Support, quite simply 24/7 cover 365 days a year.
